Failure doesn't amount to shame, neither does it amount to success, but two things I have seen failure do are transformation and destruction. People can choose to be transformed by failure or destroyed by failure, and one thing I have learnt from those that were transformed by failure is that they are strong. They can stand against any temptation, stand against any mountain without fear. In building up yourself, there is a 100 percent chance that you will fail. I will even say failure is a must because it will make success meaningful, make achievement worth the work, and take away pride from success but rather give humility.
There are positive impacts of failure.
1. Wisdom: Sometimes a wise person is not wise because of wisdom's sake. Some of the wisdom comes from an experience they had through failure. Failure opens your eyes to see clearly what you can do better, what you need to stop doing, what you need to hasten, and what you need to slow down. I will say wise people once failed, and they decided to be transformed by failure and learn from it, and then apply it in the right way.
2. Helps in Improvement: If you have never failed, will you see any need to do things better? Some of the reasons humans want to do things better are because of failure or because they see another person doing better than them. Which makes it very clear that failure shows there is room for improvement. You must start learning from failure to improve. If I fail, it doesn't always mean that it is the end (because sometimes we have limited chances), but it tells me I need to do more, I need to know more, I need to see more, and I need more focus. It always gives me the more I need.
3. It makes you stronger: Failure can be a drive for courage and motivation because after failure two things happen. You can either get motivated or discouraged. That drive of courage and motivation is what you must choose and embrace from failure. Always know that when you fail it is not the end, and it is not a crime. This should give you the courage you need to face it again and do it better.
4. Failure teaches you what to do and what not to do: When we fail, it helps us to know what we should have done and what we should not have done. You must learn new things from every failure. Failure gives you an experience, and an experience is a teacher.
In conclusion,
Failure is good for your future self. It gives room for improvement, it makes you stronger, and it makes you wiser. Even God will allow you to fail so that you can learn, because it is just the right thing. When you are always the best, you don't know what you are lacking.

Well said.... Failure is path of the journey to success.
